AUGUST 26th, 2020 will be etched in the minds of staff and students of the Barbados Community College (BCC) for many years to come.
The institution announced that its Principal, Ms. Annette Alleyne and the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of The West Indies (UWI), Professor, the Most Honourable V. Eudine Barriteau, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The formal document states that, “...under this Memorandum of Understanding the BCC and the UWI, Cave Hill Campus, will seek to increase the number of undergraduate programmes into which appropriately qualified graduates of BCC may be articulated.”
This signing ceremony represents the culmination of years of discussions and the formalisation of a relationship which will be of tremendous benefit to BCC’s students.
