Students of the Barbados Community College's Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media and Journalism recently visited the offices of the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD). The students were invited to cover a presentation ceremony for graduates of CARICAD's Mid-Level Leadership programme.
